These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Healthcare Marketing Mastery digital product ("the Book") sold by Hawk Health Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing the Book, you agree to the following terms:

 

Product Description

Healthcare Marketing Mastery is a digital educational resource designed to help healthcare professionals understand and implement marketing strategies. The Book may be offered as a downloadable PDF, or as part of a bundle including templates, checklists, and other bonus materials.

 

Payments & Access

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital files via download or email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at brock@hawkhealth.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Licence & Usage

When you purchase the Book, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal or internal business use only.

You may:

  • Download and store a copy on your device
  • Share with members of your team working within your business
  • Use included templates and SOPs to implement marketing in your own organisation

You may not:

  • Share the book or resources outside your organisation
  • Resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content in any form
  • Use the content for client work unless otherwise licensed by Hawk Health Digital

If you’d like to use this material in a larger organisation or for external client work, contact us to discuss extended licensing.

 

Intellectual Property

All content in Healthcare Marketing Mastery, including the written material, templates, designs, and bonus resources, is the intellectual property of Hawk Health Digital. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

Limitations of Liability

The strategies and systems shared in the Book are for educational purposes only. While they are based on proven frameworks, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic increases, leads, or revenue.

You are responsible for applying the information and making decisions based on your own business needs.

Hawk Health Digital is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of this product.
